Should repair be needed within the

purchase receipt. Please ensure all
relevant
details
before sending your unit in for
service. Please ensure your contact
details are still current and include a
brief description of the problem you
are experiencing together with your
purchase receipt.
For hygiene reasons, please do not
include used probe or electrode
pads. Send only the unit and the
lead wire.

Solution
Recharge batteries.
Contact supplier. There is no maintenance
or calibration other than replacement of
gel pads and battery charging. Do not
modify the device as this may reduce
safety or effectiveness.
