D. Mount transmission cover (43) with
the countersunk screws (42).
E. Adaptation of the transmission ratio
• In the function display (33) with the
"e-Drive", select and afterwards con-
fi rm setting
• Afterwards, select "Gear Ratio Drive"
by rotating the "e-Drive" and confi rm

• Rotate the "e-Drive"
"slow" or "fast" and confi rm by press-
ing the "e-Drive"
• In the function display (33), use the
"e-Drive" to select the symbol
"Return to working display"
Adjust lower pressure roller
In the factory settings, the lower drive/pres-
sure roller (17) is o set by 2 mm.
The lower drive roller can be shifted horizon-
tally in order to compensate for any o set of
the upper drive roller to the lower one.
If an o set of the upper welding tracks to the
lower welding tracks should be determined at
the time of the test weld (see Figure on right),
then this must be compensated for by shifting
the lower drive/pressure roller (17)
• Undo the grub screw (49) with a socket
wrench (wrench size 3 mm) in the center of
the lower drive/pressure roller (17).
• Shift the lower drive/pressure roller (17)
by the same value as was determined for
the roller o set at the time of the test weld.
• Retighten the grub screw (49) of the lower
drive/pressure roller (17).
