4. Remove the blanking-plug (3) and then remove the
valve-shaft from the valve-body (2). Take care not
to damage the valve-shaft 'O' rings during this
operation.
5. Inspect the valve-plate 'O' ring, the blanking-plug 'O'
ring and the valve-shaft seal 'O' rings. If necessary,
replace the 'O' rings as described in Sections
5.7. Reassemble the valve as described in
Section
5.5.2.

1. Remove the screws (12) and take off the safety
cover (11).
2. Remove the M4 screw which secures the striker (9)
to the to the end of the valve-shaft (6) and then
remove the striker.
3. Remove the blanking-plug (3).
4. Remove the screws which secure the pneumatic-
actuator to the valve-body (2) and remove the
pneumatic-actuator complete with the lever (18)
and link-arm (19).
5. Remove the screws (4) which secure the valve-plate
(5) to the the valve-shaft (6) and then remove the
valve-plate.

2. Ziehen Sie den Stift heraus, mit dem die Gabel (13)
am Verbindungsglied (8) befestigt ist; nehmen Sie
dann die Gabel ab.
3. Lösen Sie die Schrauben (4), mit denen die
Ventilplatte (5) an der Ventilwelle (6) befestigt ist
und nehmen Sie dann die Ventilplatte ab.

dann die Ventilwelle aus dem Ventilkörper (2)
heraus. Passen Sie dabei auf, daß die O-Ringe der
Ventilwelle während dieses Arbeitsganges nicht
beschädigt werden.
5. Prüfen Sie den O-Ring der Ventilplatte, den O-Ring
des Verschlusses und die O-Ringe der
Ventilwellendichtung. Gegebenenfalls die O-Ringe
austauschen wie in den Abschnitten
beschrieben. Das Ventil wieder zusammenbauen
wie in
Abschnitt 5.5.2
