Fit the operating lever
(manual valves only)
Refer to
Figure 1
for items in brackets.
1. Place the valve on a clean surface and fully close
the valve-plate (11) so that the stop pin (5) touches
the stop plate (9) in the valve-body (1).
2. Fit the operating lever (6) onto the end of the shaft
with the handle to the right, as shown in
3. Secure the operating lever with the clamping-screw
(7). Tighten the jacking-screw (8) and then loosen
it slightly.
3.3
Install the valve
WARNING
Fit a cover over any exposed part of the
valve actuator mechanism, so that
fingers or other parts of the body
cannot get trapped.
Position the valve so that the manual operating lever or
the pneumatic-actuator and control accessories, if
fitted, are accessible but do not cause an obstruction.
Allow sufficient clearance so that the valve-plate does
not touch any components of your vacuum system when
it is open (see
Figure
4).

3.2
Einbau des Stellhebels
(nur manuelle Ventile)

Die in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung in Klammern
angegebenen laufenden Nummern beziehen sich auf die

1. Das Ventil auf eine saubere Fläche legen und die
Ventilplatte (11) vollständig so schließen, daß der
Anschlagstift (5) die Anschlagplatte (9) im
Ventilkörper (1) berührt.
2. Den Stellhebel (6) auf das Ende der Welle
aufsetzen, und zwar mit dem Griff nach rechts, wie
in
Abbildung 1
dargestellt.
3. Den Stellhebel mit der Klemmschraube (7)
befestigen. Die Hebeschraube (8) anziehen und
dann wieder leicht lockern.
3.3
Ventil installieren
Decken Sie freiliegende Teile der
Ventileinstellvorrichtung ab, um zu
verhindern, dass Finger oder sonstige
Körperteile eingeklemmt werden.

AVERTISSEMENT
Placez un couvercle sur toute partie
exposée du mécanisme de l'actionneur
de la vanne, afin d'éviter d'y prendre les
doigts ou toute autre partie du corps.
