7. Print management

The test results can be printed through the PC Suite Resonance MDS, or directly from the unit to the
optional portable wireless printer.
To print out via the MDS, Transfer the data from the device to the PC Suite Resonance MDS and then
follow the instructions related to the "Session report" MDS function.
If you wish to print directly from the unit, switch the printer on and insert the Wi-Fi dongle in the R16M
USB port. Please note that the two devices require 20-30 seconds to connect.
Once unit and printer are connected, enter the patient database menu, select the test you
wish to print out and press the PRINT icon you will see on the display. It is possible to print
report during the text exit by pressing the print button on the pup up menu.
The wireless printer uses the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi technology. Using it in areas where too many
Wi-Fi networks, or other sources of electromagnetic interference such as mobile phones
or other similar devices can be found, can provoke malfunctions.

8. Data transmission to PC

Data transfer from the device to PC is possible via Bluetooth connection.
To transfer test results stored within the R17A and subsequently view, edit, print or store them in a
NOAH database, the PC suite Resonance MDS must be installed on to a computer. The installation file
named MRS Resonance Setup.exe is supplied on the USB pen-drive which includes this operating
manual.
Refer to the installation & operating instructions provided with the PC suite Resonance MDS for
further details.
