5.2 Impedance Setup

Press the IMPEDANCE tab to enter the respective setup page:
Sensitivity
Press the SENSITIVITY icon (see adjacent image) to change the sensitivity during reflexes
test. When HIGH sensitivity is selected, reflexes with at least 30% of the points over the
50 ul threshold are detected. When LOW sensitivity is selected, reflexes with at least 30%
of the points over the 25 ul threshold are detected.
Autorun
Press the AUTORUN icon (see adjacent image) to activate the AUTORUN mode (Autorun
ON). This feature enables the automatic test start. For correct use, follow these steps
1) Activate the Autorun function in the Impedance Setup menu
2) Enter the desired test
3) Wait until the device detects the Probe Open status
4) Insert the probe into the ear
5)
Wait until the test starts
At the end of the test, in case you want to run another test, press the start button, or remove
the probe. Let the software detect the Probe Open status and reinsert it into the ear to
automatically start the new exam.
Cavity Cal.
Press the CAVITY CAL. icon (see adjacent image) to enter the Compliance Calibration
page.

Reflex slope
Through this icon (see adjacent image) you can activate the reflex rising and falling time
while zooming it. The value is expressed in ml/mec
Reflex display
By pressing the VIEW icon (see adjacent image) you can choose whether to visualize the
test results either in positive or negative values.
