11. Storage and disposal

11.1 Storing the device

Proper storage serves to maintain the correct functioning
and operability of the device.
f Clean the device before storing.

f Close hinged covers for sockets, the inspection window
and any other covers.
f Store the device in its original packaging or by using
suitable packaging in a clean and dry place.

stacking.

CAUTION
Risk of injury caused by toppling devices
f Do not stack more devices than specified on top of
each other.
f Pay attention to the weight distribution when stacking.
If the connection cables of the device are fastened to
the handles on the side, for example, this can lead to an
increased tilting moment.
f Use suitable transport or auxiliary equipment for trans­
port and for securing to prevent toppling.
f Only place stacked devices on level ground.

f Stack a maximum of four devices.
Pay attention to the following points:
„ Close all protective covers (socket hinged cover, inspec­
tion window).
„ Wind up the connecting cable and fasten to the device,
e.g. with straps.
„ Place the device on solid ground.
