®
Exudate pouch
• Ensure that the exudate pouch for the Suprasorb
regularly. When the exudate pouch is full, the integrated overflow prevention
system is triggered. This discontinues the therapy.
• Switch the device to Pause mode when replacing the exudate pouch.
Collapsing exudate pouch
• A leak in the container or the cover of the exudate pouch may result
in air entering the container. This, in turn, may cause the exudate pouch
to collapse.
• When assembling the container system, ensure that the side plate of
the exudate pouch is securely connected to the container.
• Ensure that all connections are secure and established correctly.
• Ensure that neither the container nor the exudate pouch is damaged.
• The separate instructions for use for the exudate pouch must also be
followed!
