NOTE

4.2.5 Connecting the electronics to the valve

Apply the operational pressure.
Connect the cables to the valve and the electronics according to the connection
diagram.
Apply the operating voltage.
NOTE
4.2.6 De-activation of zero-point switching using the DIP
switches
Cable plug electronics Type 1094-PMR DIP switch S 2
Standard rail electronics Type 1094-PHR DIP switch S 1-8
With the setting of the PWM frequeny, take into account the diffe-
rent dynamics of the spring mass systems of the valves;
in principle, you can drive the valve with any of the control
frequencies listed above - the values given provide the optimum
with regard to hysterisis and noise emission (in general, the rule
is: lower frequency = less hysterisis, but more noise
development).
If you notice an oscillation tendencyof the system in an
application with high medium pressure, it is recommended that
you use the next higher control frequency as shown in the table
above.
Whenever possible, connect two earth cables to Terminal 3
when wiring the Type 1094-PMR cable plug electronics (one
cable for the earthing of the operating voltage, the other for the
earthing of the standard signals and monitor signals).
When screwing the appliance socket to the coil, make sure that
the flat seal is well seated!
