6.4 Raboteuse (51)
Passage de la dégauchisseuse en raboteuse
- Retirer le cache-lame.
- Poser le protecteur éjecteur de copeaux (Q) sur les tables de dégauchis-
seuse en veillant à l'orientation (51)
- Introduire la poignée baïonnette (F) dans la serrure (E) qui se trouve dans la
table, et verrouiller en tournant d'un quart de tour.
Sans verrouillage correct, la machine ne peut fonctionner (circuit électrique
interrompu).
Réglage en hauteur de la table raboteuse
Manoeuvrer le volant (V).
Profondeur de passe : ~3 mm = 1 tour de volant.
La réglette (W) permet la lecture de l'épaisseur de la pièce.
6.4 Dickenhobel (51)
Umbau von Abricht zur Dickenhobel
- Messerabdeckung kippen
- Spanschutzhaube (Q) am Abricht-Tisch anbringen. Dabei muss auf die
richtige Positionierung geachtet werden (51).
- Bajonettschlüssel (F) in das im Abricht-Tisch befindliche Schloss (E) einführen
und durch eine Viertelumdrehung verriegeln. Ohne korrekte Verriegelung,
kann die Maschine nicht gestartet werden (da der Stromkreis unterbrochen
ist).
Einstellung der Tischhöhe – Hobelmaschine
Einstellrad (V) betätigen.
Schnittiefe : ~ 3 mm = 1 Umdrehung des Einstellrades.
Mit dem Lineal (W) Stärke des Werkstückes ablesen.
6.4 Thicknessing (51)
Changing from plane to thickness
- Take away the cutter block guard
- Position the sawdust ejection (Q) on the planer table being sure that it
is in the right way
- Introduce the bayonet key(F) in the lock which is in the table, make a
quarter turn to bolt it
Without correct locking, the machine can not work (electrical circuit
broken).
Adjusting the height of the thickness planer table
Use the handwheel (V).
Depth of cut : ~3 mm = 1 turn of the wheel.
With graduated scale (W) check thikness of workpiece.
6.4.1 Interrupteur marche-arrêt (51A)
- Chaque bouton marche permet la mise en route de sa propre fonction.
Ex: bouton marche de la dégau-rabot = mise en marche de la dégau-rabot.
- Chaque bouton STOP permet l'arrêt de toutes les fonctions.
Ex: bouton Stop de la dégau-rabot = arrêt de la scie, de la toupie et de la
dégau-rabot.
Important : Pour la remise en marche d'une fonction, il faut impérativement
penser à débloquer le bouton STOP en tournant celui-ci dans le sens des
flèches.
6.4.1 Ein und Ausschalter (51A)
- jeder Einschalter erlaubt den Start von seine eigene Funktion
z.B Einschalter der Abricht-dickenhobel = Start der Abricht-dickenhobel
- jeder Ausschalter (STOP) erlaubt das Abschalten von alle Funktionen.
z.B Ausschalter auf der Abricht-dickenhobel = Abschalter der Säge, der Fräse,
der Abricht-dickenhobel.
Wichtig : für den Re-start einer Funktion, muß man umbedingt den Stopschal-
ter in den Durchhangrichtung entriegeln.
6.4.1 On/off switch (51A)
- each on/switch allows the start up of his own function
Ex. : on/switch of the planer-thichnesser = start up of the planer-thichnesser
- each off/switch (STOP) allows the stoppage of all the functions
Ex. : off/switch of the planer-thicknesser = stoppage of the saw, the spindel
and the planer-thicknesser
Important : for the re-start up of one function, it is necessary to release the
off/switch turning it in the direction of the arrows
