5.4 Coutre circulaire - Circular coulter - Scheibenschar
La bineuse ECONET peut être équi-
pée d'une paire de coutre de guidage
afin d'assurer un suivi correct du rang
biné en stabilisant la bineuse latéra-
lement. Le coutre se monte, sauf cas
particulier, en face de l'élément bineur.
Les 2 vis sans tête E permettent de ré-
gler l'orientation du coutre par rapport
à la machine.
Le ressort amortisseur (R) monté
sur le coutre est précontraint de 5mm
ce qui le ramène à une longueur de
120mm environ.
Celui-ci permet d'absorber les chocs
lorsque le disque rencontre des obs-
tacles.
Le coutre doit être enfonçé
d'environ 10 cm dans
le sol. Le moyeu ne doit pas être en
contact avec le sol (voir 6.1)
5.5 Repliage hydraulique - Hydraulic folding - Hydraulische Faltung
Les bineuses ECONET bipoutre
repliable avec un châssis type B2
et un écartement de 0m60 à 0m80
ont une largeur de transport ouvant
atteindre 3m80 une fois repliée afin
de favoriser la polyvalence de l'ap-
pareil. Ainsi une bineuse repliable
6 rangs peut biner 4 rangs une fois
repliée.
Avec un châssis type B3, la largeur
de transport est réduite au maxi-
mum à 3m00 de large.
Il peut être nécessaire
de démonter certaines
pièces constituant ECONET afin de
se conformer à la largeur de trans-
port maximum autorisée sur route.
Le chauffeur est le seul responsable
quand aux respects des réglemen-
tations routières en vigueur dans
le pays d'utilisation de la machine
ECONET.
The ECONET hoeing machine can
be equipped with a pair of guide coul-
ters as standard equipment in order
to provide correct following of the
hoed row providing the hoe with late-
ral stability. The coulter is mounted,
except in special cases, across from
the hoeing unit. The 2 headless
screws E allow the orientation of the
coulter to be adjusted in relation to
the machine.
The buffer spring (R) mounted on the
coulter is pre-stressed by 5mm which
returns it to a length of about 120mm.
This acts as a shock absorber when
the disc hits in obstacle.
The disc needs to be set to
pe
netrate the soil by
approximately 10 cm. The hub must
not be in contact with the ground (see
6.1).
ECONET dual beam foldable hoeing
machines with a chassis type B2 for
a spacing from 0m60 to 0m80 have
a transport width which can reach
3m80 once folded back in order to
favour versatility for the device. As
such, a 6-row foldable hoeing ma-
chine can hoe 4 rows once folded.
With a B3 type chassis, the transport
width is reduced to a maximum of
3.00 m.
It may be necessary to
dismantle some parts of the
ECONET in order to comply with the
maximum transport width authorised
for the road. The driver alone is res-
ponsible for adherence to the road
traffic laws in force in the country in
which the ECONET is used.

mit zwei Führungsscharen, die der
Hackreihe durch seitliche Stabilisie-
rung der Hackmaschine genau folgt.
Die Schar wird, außer in Sonderfäl-
len, vor dem Hackelement montiert.
Die Stellung der Schar im Verhältnis
zur Maschine wird mit den zwei Ma-
denschrauben (E) geregelt.
Der auf der Schar montierte Feder-
dämpfer (R) ist mit 5 mm vorges-
pannt und hat demnach eine Länge
von ca. 120 mm.
Der Federdämpfer fängt die Stöße
ab, wenn die Scheibenschar Hinder-
nissen begegnet.
Die Scheibenschar
muss etwa 10 cm in den Bo-
den eindringen.
Die Radnabe darf nicht mit dem Bo-
den in Kontakt sein (siehe 6.1).
Die
Hackmaschine
ECONET
klappbarem Doppelrahmen mit einem
Chassis Typ B2 und einem Reihe-
nabstand von 0,60 m bis 0,80 m hat
in eingeklapptem Zustand eine Trans-
portbreite von 3,80 m, wodurch die
Vielseitigkeit der Maschine vergrößert
wird. Auf diese Art kann eine 6-rei-
hige klappbare Hackmaschine in zu-
geklapptem Zustand 4 Reihen hacken.
Mit einem Chassis Typ B3 wird die
Transportbreite auf die geringste Breite
von 3,00 m reduziert.
Es könnte nötig werden, zur
Erreichung
mal zugelassenen Transportbreite auf
Straßen, gewisse Teile des ECONET
abzumontieren. Der Chauffeur ist der
Alleinverantwortliche
bezüglich
Beachtung der gültigen Auflagen der
Straßenverkehrsordnung im Land der
Nutzung der ECONET Hackmaschine.
