CAUTION: Do not centrifuge with tubes with diffe-
rent volumes. Use BTI 9 ml tubes.
Do not use the centrifuge if the rotor is not balanced. En-
sure the rotor is loaded symmetrically. Poor loading in the
rotor can damage the centrifuge.
Incorrect positioning of the tube holder of the rotor may
cause the rotor to be off balance.
Be sure to close correctly the sealing lids of the tube hol-
der before starting the centrifuged, as this may cause a
lack of balance.
INSPECTION AND CLEANING:
It is necessary to inspect and clean both the rotor and
the tube holder when necessary, so as not to accumulate
substances that may degrade the material with which it
is built.
The cleaning instructions are described in section 4.2 of
this manual.
DANGER: Inspecting the rotor, to verify the absence
of deterioration of the material, impacts, or fissures,
is important, to be able to correct any possible faults
in the unit. Remember that the worst accident that
can be anticipated would be caused by the head
breaking. Apply the same criteria to the tube holder.
