BUTTON FUNCTIONS

FITNESS-TEST:
This button lets you carry out a fi tness test. Please refer
to the Fitness Test chapter for more information.
KÖRPERFETT (BODY FAT):
This button starts the body fat analysis. Please refer to the
Body Fat Analysis chapter for more information.
AUF/AB (UP/DOWN):
You can select various programmes and values with the UP/
DOWN buttons. You can also increase or reduce the intensity
levels during your workout with these buttons.
EINGABE (ENTER):
With this button you can confi rm your selected programmes
and values (such as workout parameters, personal data,
etc.). If you press down the button longer (approx. 3 se-
conds) you will reset all previously set values.
START/STOP:
Start and stop your training with this button.

DISPLAY INFORMATION

When inactive, the LCD screen switches automatically to the
SLEEP mode depending on the battery capacity. Turning the
pedals will interrupt the SLEEP mode. If the battery is weak,
this will be indicated by a battery symbol.

1. TIME
The computer displays the current workout time. If a spe-
cifi ed time is entered, the time will run backwards
(countdown) and you will hear an acoustic signal when
this time has elapsed (0:00). (Specifi ed time max. 1–99
minutes)
2. DISTANZ (DISTANCE)
The computer shows you the distance you have travelled.
If a specifi ed distance is entered, the display will run
backwards (countdown) and you will hear an acoustic
sig nal when this time has elapsed (0.00). (Specifi ed dis-
tance max. 1–99.0 km)
3. KALORIEN (CALORIES)
Here the computer shows you the calories you have bur-
ned during the workout. When entering a specifi ed calo rie
count you can choose from 10 to max. 990 kcal in incre-
ments of 10. In this case, the display runs backwards
(countdown) to zero.
4. SPEED
The computer indicates the current speed (0.0-99.9
km/h).
5. PROGRAMME/WATT
In the inactive mode (STOP), the programme selected
(P1-P24) is displayed here. The computer in active mode
(START) will display the wattage (10-180).
6. RPM
The computer indicates the pedal revolutions/min.
("RPM")
7. START/STOP
This indicates the mode you are currently in.
START = active mode
STOP = inactive mode
8. PULS (PULSE)
The PULSE display refl ects your current pulse rate in
heartbeats per minutes. The display can only refl ect the
correct values if you properly grasp both sensors on the
handles with your palms. Under the circumstances, it can
take up to 2 minutes until the pulse rate is displayed.
9. BELASTUNGSSTUFEN (INTENSITY LEVELS)
Each programme has 16 intensity levels. The LCD displays
the levels using 8 horizontal bars as well as numbers
(1-16). One bar corresponds to one intensity level. The
fl ashing column refl ects the progress of time or the route,
depending on the respective specifi cation.
With the UP/DOWN buttons you can increase or decrease
the intensity levels even during the ongoing workout.
This is not possible for programmes which automatically
set the intensity levels (such as WATT or the PULSE pro-
gramme).
