1. Warranty for the repaired product
The original warranty period applies for products covered by and re-
paired under warranty; the warranty period is not extended.
2. Warranty exemptions
No warranty is offered for the following:
Defects due to normal wear, incorrect installation, non-intended

use, misuse, negligence, incorrect product selection for the intended
application by the purchaser, accidents, unsuitable compressed air
quality or failure to perform required maintenance.
Costs for maintenance, configuration or commissioning.

Products that have been changed or modified without written per-
−
mission from VOGT Baugeräte GmbH.
Products that have been repaired during the warranty period by
−
people who are not employees of VOGT Baugeräte GmbH or their
authorised service centres.

Costs for other possible damage or loss, whether this occurs directly,
indirectly, unintentionally, specifically or consequently, which results
from the use or lack of a possibility to use the product.

Costs for telephone calls or use of other communication channels.
The use of the product under exceptional conditions that are consi-

dered to be the cause of excessive wear.
Defects that are caused by natural disasters.
