Dispensing 2 coffees
The dispensing time depends on the grind fine-
ness, the quantity and the quality of the coffee in
the filter holder.
• Fill the filter with 2 doses of ground coffee (approx. 6-7
g each); follow the procedures specified by the manufac-
turer of the grinder-dispenser.
• Insert the filter holder from the bottom into the dispenser
unit.
• Turn the filter holder counter-clockwise until it locks.
• Place 2 cups/demitasses under the filter holder.
• Pull the lever slightly and bring it to the position shown in
the figure. Coffee pre-infusion is activated
• Wait a short time (3÷5 seconds) and then bring the lever
horizontally as shown in the figure to start dispensing.

• When the desired amount of coffee is reached, return the
lever to the original position.
Once the coffee has been dispensed, remove the filter holder
and clean out the coffee inside it.

4.7 Dispensing steam

Carefully move the steam nozzle using the specific
anti-scald rubber grip.
Do not direct the steam towards hands or other
parts of the body. Do not touch the steam nozzles with bare
hands.
Before using the steam nozzle, the condensation
draining operation must always be carried out for
at least 2 seconds.
• Place an empty container under the steam pipe.
• Rotate the valve knob counter-clockwise and discharge
the water in the circuit. When only steam is discharged
close by turning the knob clockwise.
To optimally froth the milk, follow these simple rules:
• Only heat the amount of milk that you intend to use; once
heated, it will have to be completely poured out of the jug
and cannot be reheated.
• Froth the milk starting from a temperature of about 4°C.
