PERFORM A FIRST TEST
A. Starting the unit

Turn the Alveolab on.

Launch the software by clicking on the [AlveoLab] icon

To start a test, click on the
B. Preparing the unit
1.
Fill the tank with salt water.
To prepare the solution, place 25g of sodium chloride or pure table salt into a one-liter
volumetric jug and fill it with water.
After a week without use, please empty and refill the tank.
The device cannot launch a test unless the tank is sufficiently full.

Open the hatch to the dough recovery tray to access the nebulizing spray. Fill it with
deionized water using the water bottle.The water level must be above the red line.
C. Configuring the test
1.
Choose one of the five CHOPIN Technologies protocols.
2.
Click on the appropriate box to place a check mark.
3.
Click [Next] to confirm.
4.
Enter a name for the test.
The "Reference Test" check box enables you to choose if the test will be
used as a reference test in the monitoring control panel.
5.
Click [Next] to confirm.
6.
Choose the [Partner name] and the [Product type].
7.
Enter the sample mouture content.
8.
Click [Next] to confirm.
9.
Click [Pause] to confirm the creation of the test, and the test will be
added to the list of pending tests, or click on [Start test] to launch the
test immediately.
10.
The test preparation window will open.
