D. Software installation
Configuration required:
− Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10
− Core i5 1.7GHz / 4Go
− USB Port
− PDF reader

On the provided USB stick, double-click on the software installation icon:
If the Microsoft .NET framework and SQL Server Compact are not installed on the PC,
they will automatically be installed by the software.

Click on [Accept] and then [Install].
3.
Wait for a few moments; the software will automatically be installed and will then run
automatically.
4.
As there is no communications with the unit, the following message will be displayed:
Click on [OK].
E. Powering up and connecting the USB port
1.
The Alveolab can be switched on using the ON/OFF button positioned
on the right hand side of the machine.

Next, connect the Alveolab to the computer using the supplied USB
cable.
3.
Await until the USB device representing the Alveolab has been installed
correctly. This may take several minutes.
If the USB driver is not fully installed, click on the executable file supplied
on the USB stick.
4.
Configure the latency period for the USB port as well as the computer's
standby power settings as set out in the "READ ME FIRST" file supplied
on the USB stick.
OPERATION
A. User Interface
The device features a control panel that gives access to the main functions:

Displays temperatures, humidity, water levels in the tank and the status (open or closed) of the mixing bowl and analysis chamber
doors.

1. Launches the dough-kneading process.
2. Stops the dough-kneading process.
3. Reverses the direction of rotation of the mixing arm to
extrude the dough.

4. Stops the current dough. At the end of the test, if the
dough has not been ejected, it launches a new dough
ejection sequence.
