Your TT385 telephone dialler immediately alerts the remote monitoring centre.
A specialised operator takes charge of the alert and immediately checks the type of incident
by calling your home.
If there is no answer to the call or the operator has any doubt about the person answering the
phone, they contact your designated correspondents.
If need be, the operator sends out a security specialist to your home as soon as possible.
The specialist will contact the police if necessary.
The security specialist then guards your home until one of the previously designated persons can
be reached (according to the conditions in your contract).
3.1 Telephone dialler call cycle in the event of a remote alarm
Digital messages are sent to the remote monitoring centre whose main call number (memory 1) and
secondary call number (memory 2) have been programmed. The remote monitoring centre automati-
cally stops your telephone dialler's call cycle.
