Réglage brosse centrale
La brosse centrale est un composant fondamental pour le bon rendement de la
machine. Un réglage correct permettra d'obtenir rapidement d'excellents résultats. Replacing/installing the side brushes
La machine est fournie avec tous les réglages. Effectuer le réglage lorsque la brosse
est consommée.
This operation must be performed with the machine switched off and the key removed.
For ease of transport, the side brushes are not installed on the machine when it is delivered.
Procéder comme suit :
Proceed as follows to install the side brushes.

• Dévisser la molette (Fig.19).

• Tourner le sélecteur dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre pour

bloquer le trou de fixation de la molette (Fig. 19).

• Revisser la molette (Fig.19).

Remplacement - installation brosses latérales
Pour faciliter le transport, le brosses latérales ne sont pas installées sur la machine. Pour
installer les brosses latérales procéder de la façon suivante :

• Soulever les brosses latérales. (Fig.30).
• Dévisser la vis de l'arbre moteur brosse latérale (Fig.20).
• Retirer la protection de la clavette.
• Placer la brosse avec la bride sur l'arbre moteur (Fig.20).
• Revisser la vis de blocage (Fig.20).
Réglage des brosses latérales
La fonction de la brosse latérale est de convoyer le matériau à récolter vers le centre de
la machine. La position optimale pour parvenir à ce but consiste à effleurer
le sol. Pour augmenter ou diminuer la pression de la brosse, procéder
comme suit :
• Porter les brosses latérales en position de travail (Fig.21).
• Desserrer les deux vis de réglage placées sous la molette
relève-brosse (Fig.22).
• Régler manuellement la brosse dans la position désirée.
• Serrer les vis de réglage (Fig.22).
• Ramener les brosses latérales en position de repos.
Raise the side brush holders (fig. 30).
Unscrew the screw on the side brush motor shaft (fig. 20).
Remove the keyway protector.
Position the brush complete with flange over the motor shaft (fig. 20).
Fit and tighten the brush locking screw again (fig. 20).
Adjusting the side brushes
Never operate the machine without the side brushes installed.
The side brushes direct dirt and debris towards the centre of the machine. The most efficient height
for this purpose is when the side brushes gently touch the floor. Proceed as follows to increase or
reduce the pressure of the side brushes on the floor, if necessary.
► Lower the side brushes into work position (fig. 21).
► Loosen the two locking screws under the brush lifting knob (fig. 22).
► Manually move the brush to the required position.
► Tighten the locking screws again (fig. 22).
► Return the brushes to idle position.
