7. RICERCA GUASTI
Un comando qualsiasi
Il telo e il motore non si muovono:
• Assenza alimentazione di rete
• Sicurezza di arresto o emergenza attiva
• Freno non collegato (il motore resta bloccato)
• Motore collegato ai morsetti sbagliati e/o switch 2 in
posizione errata / vedere cap.4.3
• Finecorsa di apertura (FA) e di chiusura (FC) attivi.
• Motore in protezione termica / Attendere il raffreddamento
Il motore gira ed il telo non si muove:
• Catena di trasmissione rotta
Il motore gira in senso inverso:
• Invertire due fasi dell'alimentazione di rete
Comando di apertura
Il motore non si muove:
• Finecorsa di apertura (FA) attivo
• Cortocircuito su collegamenti esterni (comando chiusura
e/o sicurezza di arresto)
• Comando di apertura non collegato correttamente o guasto
• Motore collegato ai morsetti sbagliati e/o switch 2 in
posizione errata / vedere cap.4.3
Comando di chiusura
Il motore non si muove
• Attendere fine prelampeggio
• Sicurezza di inversione (fotocellule) attiva (in questo caso
la porta si chiude tenendo il pulsante di chiusura premuto
funzionamento a uomo presente)
• Costa di sicurezza attiva o guasta (nel caso di Fotosicur con
autodiagnosi)
• Finecorsa di chiusura (FC) attivo
• Comando di chiusura non collegato correttamente o guasto
7. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Activation of any control
The panel and the motor does not move
• The mains power supply fault down
• The emergency or external stop safety is activated
• The brake is not connected (the motor is blocked)
• The motor is connected to wrong terminals and/or switch
2 is not correctly positioned/ See section 4.3
• Opening (FA) and closing (FC) limit switches engaged
• Motor with thermal switch activated. / Wait that the motor
cools down
The motor turns and the panel does not move
• The transmission chain is broken
The motor turns in the opposite direction
• Reverse the two phases of the mains power supply
Activation of the opening control
The motor does not move
• The opening limit switch (FA) is activated
• A short-circuit is present on external connections (closure
control and/or stop safety)
• The opening control is not correctly connected or is faulty
• The motor is connected to the wrong terminals and/or
dipswitch 2 is not correctly positioned / see section 4.3
Activation of the closure control
The motor does not move
• Wait until the forewarning flashing light has stopped
• The reversion safety (photocells) is activated (in this case
the door closes when the closure push-button is pressed,
manual operation)
• The safety bar is activated or is faulty
• The closing limit switch (FC) is activated
• The closing control is not correctly connected or is faulty
Attivazione emergenza o sicurezza d'arresto durante una
manovra della porta
Il motore non si ferma
• Dispositivo di sicurezza di arresto guasto o non connesso
correttamente al Quadro elettrico
Attivazione della costa di sicurezza durante la chiusura
Il movimento della porta non si inverte
• Dispositivo di sicurezza guasto o non connesso
correttamente a Quadro elettrico
• Gomma e/o tubetto della costa danneggiati
Porta aperta con chiusura automatica attiva
La porta non chiude automaticamente dopo il tempo regolato
con TC
• Abilitazione della chiusura automatica (collegamento 1 - 2)
non eseguita correttamente
• Circuito tra 1 e 3 non aperto perfettamente (forse a causa
di acqua umidità o altro all'interno di un dispositivo di
comando di apertura)
Durante una manovra
Il telo non si ferma al finecorsa
• Contatto finecorsa in cortocircuito
• Guasto meccanico del finecorsa o del freno
Azionamento della leva di sblocco manuale
La porta non si sblocca
• Il cavetto di sblocco freno motore è rotto o non regolato
Activation of the safety stop during door motion
The motor does not stop
• The stop safety device is faulty or is not correctly connected
to the electric control panel
Activation of the safety bar in the closing phase
The door movement reversion does not occur
• The safety device (with pressure switch) is faulty or is not
correctly connected to the electric control panel
• The rubber and/or the tube of the safety bar are damaged
The door is opened with automatic closure activated
The door does not close automatically after closing time TC
• The automatic closure enable signal (connection 1/2) has
not been carried out properly
• The circuit between 1 and 3 is not perfectly open (perhaps
due to water, humidity or other inside the opening control
device)
During operation
The panel does not stop at end of stroke
• The limit switch contact is short-circuited
• A mechanical fault at the limit switches or in the brake
Activation of the manual release lever
The door is not released (the panel does not move to the
partial opening position)
• The release cable for the motor brake release is broken or
adjusted improperly
