3.3 Montaggio del rullo avvolgitelo
• Issare con cura il rullo avvolgitelo mediante carrello elevatore o altro idoneo mezzo di sollevamento, avendo cura di non
danneggiare il telo.
• Fissare i supporti dei cuscinetti sulle piastre dei montanti verticali; serrando i bulloni M12 (A). (fig. 5 e 6)
• Inserire la catena tra pignone e corona e chiudendola con l'apposita maglia di giunzione.
• Tensionare la catena mediante il registro (B), bloccando quindi il supporto motore mediante le viti (C)
3.4 Installazione del contrappeso
• Regolare lo sblocco mediante il registro, bloccando quindi il cavo con il morsetto (D). (fig. 7)
• Sbloccare manualmente e posizionare il lato inferiore del telo in corrispondenza dell'indicazione di PH MAX.

QUANDO IL TELO NON È CONTROBILANCIATO CORRETTAMENTE DAL CONTRAPPESO

RAPIDA DEL TELO STESSO
• Srotolare la cinghia lasciando circa due giri avvolti sul tamburo.
• Rimuovere gli ultimi quattro elementi modulari del contrappeso togliendo i dadi dal lato inferiore.
• Fissare il contrappeso alla cinghia mediante il morsetto (E) tenendolo sollevato a 150 mm da terra. Sbloccando
• Manualmente portare il contrappeso in appoggio sulla piastra inferiore e bloccare la cinghia al tamburo d'avvolgimento con
la piastrina (F).

3.3 Assembling the curtain winding roller
• Carefully raise the curtain-winding roller using a forklift truck or other suitable lifting equipment, taking care not to damage
the curtain.
• Secure the bearing supports to the plates of the uprights; tighten the M12 bolts (A). (fig. 5 and 6)
• Thread the chain between the pinion and the crown and close using the dedicated joining link.
• Tighten th e chain using the adjuster (B), then secure the motor support using the screws (C).
3.4 Installing the counterweight
• Adjust the release device by means of the adjuster, then secure the cable with the clamp (D). (fig. 7)
• Release manually and position the lower edge of the curtain in correspondence with the MAX PH mark.
CAUTION:
WHEN THE CURTAIN IS NOT CORRECTLY COUNTERBALANCED BY THE COUNTERWEIGHT
LOWERING OF THE ACTUAL CURTAIN
• Unwind the belt, leaving approximately two turns on the winding drum.
• Remove the last four modular blocks of the counterweight by removing the nuts on the lower side.
• Fasten the counterweight to the belt using the clamp (E) and keeping it raised 150 mm off the ground. Manually release the
• Counterweight and place it on the lower plate. Secure the belt to the winding drum by means of the plate (F).

3.3 Montage du rouleau enroule-toile
• Hisser avec soin le rouleau enroule-toile à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur ou de tout autre moyen de soulèvement approprié
en faisant bien attention à ne pas endommager la toile.
• Fixer les supports des coussinets sur les plaques des montants verticaux en serrant les boulons M12 (A). (fig. 5 et 6)
• Introduire la chaîne entre le pignon et la couronne et la fermer avec la maille de jonction appropriée.
• Tendre la chaîne en utilisant le boulon de réglage (B) et en bloquant ensuite le support moteur en utilisant les vis (C)
3.4 Installation du contrepoids
• Régler le déverrouillage en utilisant le boulon de réglage et en bloquant ensuite le câble avec l'étau (D). (fig. 7)
• Débloquer manuellement et positionner le côté inférieur de la toile en correspondance de l'indication PH MAX.
ATTENTION :
QUAND LA TOILE N
OU LA MONTÉE RAPIDE DE LA TOILE ELLE
• Dérouler la courroie en laissant environ deux tours enroulés sur le tambour.
• Retirer les quatre derniers éléments modulaires du contrepoids en enlevant les écrous du côté inférieur.
• Fixer le contrepoids à la courroie au moyen de l'étau (E) en le maintenant soulevé à 150 mm de terre. En débloquant
• Manuellement, porter le contrepoids en appui sur la plaque inférieure et bloquer la courroie au tambour d'enroulement avec
la plaquette (F).
