Important: Do not allow any substance s other than
gasoline, ethanol/gasoline blends, air or acetone
into the test ports of the tester. Pure acetone can
be used to clean the tester's sensing cell, if needed.
Do not use any cleaners or solvents other than
pure acetone to clean the internal portion of the
test ports. The chemicals in those other liquids
could contaminate the sensing cell and cause a
misdiagnosis.
Once the unit has been air dried, return the tester
to the storage case and store in a cool, dry place.
