LES ADAPTATEURS RISKONTROL

L'adaptateur doit impérativement être monté sur la seringue selon le dessin de
montage avant d'utiliser l'embout jetable RISKONTROL.

Pour une bonne utilisation des adaptateurs RISKONTROL, la pression de l'air et de
l'eau doit être de 3,5 bars minimum (environ 50 PSI).

IMPORTANT : Une fois l'adaptateur en place, vérifier la bonne fixation de celui-ci sur
la seringue avant utilisation puis vérifier que l'eau sort du tube le plus au centre de
la partie ronde de l'adaptateur (voir dessin ci-dessous).

Les adaptateurs et les seringues avec des joints en caoutchouc doivent être lubrifiés
avec de l'huile de sillicone avant le montage.
6.
Nettoyer l'extérieur de l'adaptateur avec une lingette désinfectante après chaque
utilisation.
Il faut enlever tous les mois l'adaptateur de la seringue et lubrifier les joints.
7.
L'adaptateur peut être nettoyé au bac à ultrasons tous les six mois environ après
l'avoir démonté de la seringue et avoir enlevé les joints.
8.
L'adaptateur est stérilisable à l'autoclave (après l'avoir démonté de la seringue
et avoir enlevé les joints) (132 °C - 2,9 bars - 4 minutes ou 134 °C - 2,2 bars -
18 minutes).
9.
L'adaptateur s'utilise uniquement avec les embouts jetables RISKONTROL (stériles
ou non).
10. Les tubes des adaptateurs peuvent être débouchés à l'aide d'un racleur Ø 40.
11. Ne pas éliminer dans les ordures ménagères.

législations en vigueur, de préférence par un
collecteur ou une entreprise agréée.

TO READ IMPERATIVELY BEFORE USING
THE RISKONTROL

Clean/sterilize the adapter before its first use.
2.
The adapter must imperatively be set on the syringe according to the assembly
drawing before using the RISKONTROL disposable tips.

RESPONSABILITY IN CASE OF DAMAGES OF:
• THE SYRINGE DURING THE ASSEMBLING OF THE ADAPTER.
• THE SYRINGE AND/OR THE ADAPTER IF TIPS OTHER THAN RISKONTROL TIPS
ARE USED.

For a good use of the RISKONTROL adapters, the air and water pressure must be
3.5 bars minimum (about 50 PSI).

IMPORTANT : Once the adapter in position, check its correct mounting to the syringe
before use then verify that the water comes out of the tube the most in the centre
of the round part of the adapter (see drawing below).

The adapters and syringes with rubber O-rings must be lubricated with silicon oil
before the assembling.
6.
After each use, clean the external part of the adapter with a disinfecting wipe.
Every month, you must remove the adapter from the syringe and lubricate the
O-rings.
7.
The adapter can be cleaned in an ultrasonic bath nearly every six months after
removing it from the syringe and removing the O-rings.
8.
The adapter can be sterilized in an autoclave (after removing it from the syringe and
removing the O-rings) (132°C - 2.9 bars - 4 minutes ou 134°C - 2.2 bars - 18 minutes).
9.
The adapter can only be used with the RISKONTROL disposable tips (sterile or not).
10. The tubes of the adapters can be cleaned out with a scraper Ø 40.
11. Do not discard in household waste. Recycle or dispose
of according to current legislations, rather by a waste
collector or an approved company.
