Dévisser l'embout d'origine de la seringue.
Unscrew the original tip of the syringe.
Lubrifier le joint et visser l'adaptateur.
Lubricate the O-ring and screw the adapter.

Adapter without O-ring
Dévisser l'écrou d'origine de la seringue.
Unscrew the original nut from the syringe.
Retirer la partie restante en tirant dessus.
Pull the remaining part to remove it.
Insérer l'adaptateur dans la seringue puis
revisser l'écrou d'origine.
Push the adapter into the syringe, then screw
the original nut of the syringe.
