Unclip the original tip of the syringe.

Lubrifier la seringue et clipser l'adaptateur en
tournant.
Check that the metal spring (the clip) is
undamaged.
Lubricate the syringe and clip the adapter while
turning it.

Dévisser la petite vis, lubrifier les 2 joints,
enfoncer l'adaptateur dans la seringue en

tournant jusqu'à audition d'un clic et revisser

la petite vis.
Check that the metal spring (the clip) is
undamaged.
Unscrew the small screw, lubricate the
2 O-rings, push the adapter in the syringe while
turning until you hear a clic and screw again the
small screw.
