Adapter without O-ring
Déclipser l'embout d'origine de la seringue.
Unclip the original tip of the syringe.
Lubrifier la seringue, dévisser la petite vis de
l'adaptateur puis clipser l'adaptateur sur la
seringue en le tournant et revisser la petite
vis.
Lubricate the syringe, unscrew the small screw
of the adapter then clip the adapter on the
syringe while turning it and screw again the
small screw.
