7- INSTALLATION

1 – Install the autoclave in a suitable ambient for sterilization.
2 - The room must be adequately lighted and aired, as foreseen in the current directives.
3 – Install the autoclave far from heating sources and sprinkles of water.
4 – Position the autoclave on a suitable surface to support the weight and of adequate dimensions.
5 – The supporting surface must be perfectly horizontal and must not have inclinations.
6 – Position the autoclave at a height where the user can inspect the entire sterilization chamber and clean it
easily.
7 – Open the door of the autoclave and remove from inside the sterilization chamber all packages which
contain the single accessories.
8 – Leave inside the sterilization chamber only the tray carrier with the trays. All other accessories should be
positioned in a separate space available to operators.
9 – Never place on the autoclave newspapers, trays, liquid containers, etc.
10 – Do not lean on the door when it is open.
11 – Please keep at least 15 cm of free space from the back and from the side of the autoclave to achieve the
correct ventilation.
12 – Always check that the electrical system to which the autoclave is attached is in compliance with current
regulations and dimensioned in a an adequate manner for the apparatus's characteristics.
13 – Take the electrical power cord provided and insert the female plug in the socket of the back panel of the
autoclave (fig.1 pos.6).
Insert the electric plug of the system checking that the power is 230 Vac- 2000Va.
IMPORTANT
Avoid connections with extension cords, reductions or adapters, this can create micro interruptions
with consequent alarm indications.
