10.2. Time

10.2.1. Displaying the clock time
The time is displayed both when the device is switched on and also when it is in
standby mode.
 Press the TIMER/CLOCK button. The time is displayed for a number of sec-
onds.

10.2.2. Setting clock time

The time is automatically set via the DAB radio. However, you can also set the time
manually:
 Press the TIMER/CLOCK button on the remote control while the device is
switched on.
 Confirm by pressing the ENTER button within 10 seconds.
 In order to set the day, press  or  and confirm your selection with
ENTER. Days are displayed in the English format:
− MON = Monday
− TUE = Tuesday
− WED = Wednesday
− THU = Thursday
 Now use the  or  buttons to select either a 12 (12:00 AM) or 24-hour
format (00:00) and confirm with ENTER.
 Use  or  to select the desired hour and confirm with ENTER.
 Set the desired minutes with  or . Confirm with ENTER.
 Press the TIMER/CLOCK button again to save the setting.

10.3. Timer

The timer allows you to have the device start up in a particular mode (e.g. DAB, CD)
at a particular time.
The device offers two types of timer:
The one-off timer is shown on the display with
only at the set time for a specific duration.
The daily timer is shown on the display with DAILY
at the same time for a specific duration.
You can set both timers separately. There must be an interval of at least 1 minute
between the chosen times.
To use the timer function, the time must be set as described above.
