INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

5.1

Unpacking the machine:

Machines are delivered from our works on pallets, strapped and protected with cardboard. First of all,
the packaging must be examined and any damage caused in transit must be declared directly to the
carrier.
(fig.5,6)
A. Remove the case to access the machine. The hopper is in a separate package.
B. Use a lift truck to handle the unit.
C. Detach the machine from its pallet and lower the machine off the pallet using the lifting hook. Make
sure you do this with at least two people in order to lower it as gently as possible onto the floor.
D. Once the machine is off the pallet, remove the lifting hook and refit the screws.
E. Fit the hopper on the machine. Make sure you do this with at least two people. Take care to fit the O-
ring seal between the machine frame and the hopper. Fit the flour dispenser (optional) if your machine
has one.
F. Connect the two male and female white plugs and close the housing again, feeding the electric cable
through the gap in the protective housing.
G. Fit the protective housing.
H. Position the waste collection tray under the machine.
To top up the oil (fig.13), unscrew the oil tank lid (fig.2, n°13) and fill the tank (fig.13, n°32)
with low-viscosity Vaseline-based oil. Check the oil level through the tank lid. If the filter
(fig.13, n°29) is full of residue, remove it and empty it.
After unpacking your machine, check that it has not been damaged in transit. Notify
us of any defects.
