MANUAL BYPASS RESTART
Before restarting the UPS from manual bypass, check the "BYPASS_SW" selector is in the
BYPASS position and switch MBCBS is closed.

Close the bypass input switch on the IOBM (SBCBS). After a few seconds, the
touchscreen display will start and will display the operations to carry out to start the
system.

The first start-up phase of the system concerns manoeuvres to carry out on the IOBM.
Each manoeuvre is indicated on the display as per the previous figure. The phases are
as follows:
a. Check correct closure of the SBCBS.
b. Closure of OSBCBS (if present)
c. Closure of BCBS (if present)
d. Closure of OCBS
Power Unit start phase. A screen will appear containing as many lines as the Power
Units to switch on. Each start is independent and the system can be started completely
or partially. For each system, any operations required are indicated or the writing to
please wait when the Power Unit is starting.
e. CLOSE RCB. The operator is asked to close the BCB switch. The Power Unit
starts and initiates communication.
f. PLEASE WAIT The Power Unit is starting the rectifier.
g. CLOSE BCB. The operator is informed to close the BCB switch. The unit is
ready to manage the battery.
h. CLOSE OCB. The operator is informed to close the OCB switch.
i. PLEASE WAIT The unit is waiting for all the others to be aligned and ready to
open the MBCBS.
