move it before it is installed. It may be moved using a pallet
jack, inserting the forks of the pallet jack through the middle
area of machine H (Fig. 10.3), until they extend out the back
by 15 cm.

4.2 MACHINE INSTALLATION

It is forbidden to install this machine in ex-
plosive environments.
It must be installed in a place that provides all the necessary
guarantees. Keep in mind the following:
• The dimensions of the parts being processed.
• There must be a minimum of 1 metre of free space around
the machine.
• The floor surface must be as flat as possible, and the machi-
ne must be supported on it at 4 points.
• Electrical and pneumatic power supply connections must
be nearby.
• A dust collection connection (industrial, unless equipped
with a Virutex AS382L dust collector) must be available.
• The lighting must be adequate for the work performed
(approx 500 LUX).

4.2.1 Fastening the machine to the floor

In order to prevent any possible accidents, it is mandatory to
fasten the machine to the floor.
Fasten the machine to the floor through the 4 holes A (Fig.
11) on bases B (Fig. 10.3 and 11), using locking expansion
bolts C, not supplied with the machine (Figure 11)

4.3 UNPACKING

Some parts are locked in place to prevent
damage during shipping.
To release them, proceed in this manner:
4.3.1 Releasing the copiers and the end trimmer
Open rear door A.
Cut and remove the cable ties that are shown in figure 12.
