7.4 REEL CUTTING BLADE REPLACEMENT

CAUTION
Protective gloves must be worn when performing this
operation. Eliminate the pressure from the installation by
disconnecting the safety valve and locking it with a pa-
dlock, then setting the main switch to 0 (zero), locking it
with a padlock.
Periodically inspect the sharpness of the blades and coun-
ter blades and if necessary, replace them.

7.4.1 EDGE GUIDE REMOVAL

• Open door A (Fig. 52)
In order to dismount the blades, first dismount the edge gui-
des, proceeding in the following manner:
• Loosen the bolt C (Fig. 53), using the service key B (Fig. 53)
• Remove the upper guide D (Fig. 54), pulling it up and then
out.
• Loosen the stud E (Fig. 55), using the key F (Fig. 55).
• Remove the bottom guide G (Fig. 56), pulling it up and then
out
