1.2 MACHINE FUNCTIONING
With the introduction of the security module the machine functioning is slightly
modified:
If the finger-safety fillet is activated on either side and the right side and left
•
side microswitches do not respond, the display shows the following message:
AL1 INTERVENTO ASTA SALVADITA (FINGER-SAFETY FILLET ACTIVATED).
However, the module does not allow you to restart the rotation of the roll even
after you press the start button. To reset the module, press the finger-safety
fillet in the central zone and then the card's reset button.
If you press the "emergency shut down" button, all the actuators turn off, as
•
well as the display. Reset the "emergency shut down" button. The security
module, which has remained powered, does not allow you to restart the
rotation of the roll until you press and reactivate another "emergency shut
down" button or, alternatively, the finger-safety fillet in the central zone.
This procedure allows you to continuously monitor the state of the components
delegated by the machine safety.
