Place the lid on the pan as shown. The positioning triangle on the lid should be aligned
with the centre of the grip on the pan.
Check: The pressure cooker is correctly closed if the grips
of the lid are positioned directly over the grips on the pan.
8. DUROMATIC® COMFORT WITH BLUETOOTH FUNCTION
Connecting your DUROMATIC® pressure cooker to the app
The KUHN RIKON App can be downloaded in the respective App store.
By pressing the blue Bluetooth button on the DUROMATIC®, your device is
directly connected with the cooking assistant of the app. There is no need to
amend the settings on the smartphone or tablet beforehand. Please ensure
that Bluetooth is switched on on your device. Connecting may take a few
seconds. Then follow the instructions given by the app during the first con-
nection.
Please note that depending on the region and country, the distance between
the smart cooking hub and the connected device may be limited for security
reasons.
The Bluetooth side handle contains an electronic module with a battery
(lithium manganese dioxide). The battery must not be personally replaced. It
is also forbidden to open the fittings.
The side handle or electronic module shall not be disposed with regular
household waste. Please recycle it according to the relevant national and
regional regulations. If you are located in Switzerland, the lid/side handle can
be returned to the KUHN RIKON repair and disposal center.
