7.4 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

All operations of extraordinary maintenance, such as regulation or the re-
placement of the electric components, (motor, control, valves, etc.) must be

executed by qualified personnel only.
Before proceeding with any operation of extraordinary maintenance, make
3
sure that the unit has been disconnected from the power supply.

7.4.1 REVERSING THE POSITION OF THE WATER CONNECTIONS

The water connections can be reversed on site, from the left to the right side, following the
5
instructions below:
1. in models with casing, it must be removed as reported in par. 6.3 of this manual;
2. pull out the control box by levering on the side fixing latches as indicated in Fig. 8 and
6
hook it on the other side, paying particular attention not to prejudice the conformity of the
electric harness;
3. take out the condensate tray by loosening the 4 tapping screws fixing it to the inner frame

and operating as illustrated in Fig. 8a;
4. any built-in accessory, as an electric heater or 1 row additional coil, for example, must be
taken away and then replaced in the new position at the end of the operation;
5. take out the main coil by loosening the 4 tapping screws fixing it to the inner frame then
8
take the coil out as illustrated on Fig. 8b;
6. at the end of the operation, break down with a hammer the perforating sections where
the water connections of the coils must be connected and proceed to mount the compo-
9
nents back in the opposite sequence.
