All fancoil units are supplied with an auxiliary drain pan (supplied loose), which must be

installed close to the water connections (Fig. 6 and 6a).

Vertical models, insert the drain pan hooks into the slots in the unit side and push
downward (Fig.6).

Horizontal models, insert the pipe of the drain pan into the hole in the side of the unit;

then fix it with the two supplied screws (Fig.6a).

Insert manually the elbow for condensate dis-

charge, without using any tool and connect it to the
small pipe of the main condensate tray.

In case of operation of the unit in «cooling» mode,
Eurapo recommends to operate as follows:

•
install an electric valve (optional supplied on request),
which stops the cold water flow inside the heat exchanger when the unit is inoperative;
foresee a suitable water condensate drainage system, duly slanting, and check the

proper downflow;
•
execute a proper insulation of valves, pipes and connection fittings of the fancoil to
the system.

When finishing the connection and pressurization operations of the hydraulic
system, execute a tightness test at a higher pressure than the standard one, in
order to avoid water leaks during the regular use of the unit.
MAX. TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR THE CONNECTION OF THE EURAPO
VALVE KIT IS 20 Nm
If the control valves are not supplied by EURAPO, EURAPO is not responsible for
any malfunction or wrong electrical connection referred to the valves.
