b) Calibrage de la pesée statique SWPB
Cette fonction permet de réaliser un étalonnage simple.
Elle doit être réalisée par un technicien qui à bien pris
connaissance de la présente notice.

LLE EST À UTILISER QUAND
- L'affichage du poids présent dans la trémie n'est plus en
phase avec la réalité et si la différence est supérieur à
+/- 3 %.
- On ajoute un nouvel équipement dont le poids est
important ( > à 250 Kg ) exemple une rampe à vis.
- On change les pneumatiques, ou la voie.
- On modifie la position de la flèche d'attelage.

This function can be used to easily calibrate the console.
Calibration must be carried out by a specialist weighing
expert

T SHOULD BE USED WHEN
- The weight displayed in the hopper is inconsistent with
the actual load weight and the difference is greater than
+/- 3%.
- Adding a new, heavy item of equipment (greater than
250 kg), e.g. an auger boom.
- Changing the tyres or the track.
- Changing the position of the draw-bar.

U PRÉALABLE IL FAUT
- Prévoir un pont bascule suffisamment dimensionné
pour pouvoir réaliser les mesures de poids de l'ensemble
machine + tracteur sur sol plat et horizontal.
- Ce pont bascule doit avoir été lui-même contrôlé
récemment (-de 12 mois ) par une société compétente et
accréditée dans ce domaine.
- Prévoir une quantité importante de produit (engrais,
céréales ou...) susceptible d'être chargé dans la trémie
La quantité qui sera chargée doit être la plus proche
possible de la charge utile de la machine.
- Prévoir une solution pour charger et aussi vidanger la
trémie, soit en réalisant un épandage dans une parcelle,
soit avec l'option « kit Vidange intégrée ».

EFORE USING THE FUNCTION
IT IS IMPORTANT TO
- Provide a weighbridge of sufficient size to be able
to perform the measurements of the weight of the
machine/tractor unit on flat, level ground.
- This weighbridge should also have been checked
recently (less than 12 months) by a competent company
approved for this operation.
For example approval is granted in France by COFRAC
http://www.cofrac.fr/
- Have a sufficient volume of product (fertiliser, grain, etc.)
to load into the hopper.
The quantity loaded must closely reflect the machine's
maximum carrying capacity.
- Identify a way of loading and emptying the hopper,
either by spreading the load on a plot of land or with the
"Integral emptying kit" option.
