Before
• consult the wiring diagrams annexed to the counter
• ensure that the rating plate data matches the characteristics of the electrical
connecting
• check that power supply voltage is the one reported on the rating plate
• remove all metallic objects worn: rings, watches, bracelets, earrings, etc.

• proceed with wiring

If the electrical supply is interrupted, the electrical equipment of the shop will not restart,
triggering the overload protection devices; modify the system to differentiate the enable-
ment of the various devices.

15. Heat Lamps (Fig. 13)

CAUTION! Hot surfaces. Burns.
DO NOT expose the skin to direct irradiation of the lamps for an extended time
Use the appropriate PPE to protect the upper limbs and take all preventive measures to
avoid accidental contact with the hot parts.
CAUTION! Infra-red rays. Damage to sight
DO NOT expose your eyes to the direct beam of the lamps
Infra-red heating lamps guarantee the maintenance of the temperature of the foodstuff.
The on/off switch is located on the control panel chap. 16.

The screen of the lamps is , however, designed to protect the operator from direct irradiation.
Replace faulty lamps with identical lamps.

16. Control panel

The control panels are located on the bottom rear of the counter.

16.1 Power On

Turn the main switch 1 to the ON position.
The commands, excluding those of the heating lamps, are equipped with a warning light that indi-
cates they are on.

Check that the attachments of the lighting systems (floors, roof, ceil-
ing) are properly inserted and locked into their housings to avoid
disconnections during cleaning and maintenance operations, that
may cause harmful electric shocks.
