OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI

Al termine dell'installazione,
il dispositivo viene attivato e
portato fino alla condizione no-
minale di lavoro lasciandolo in
condizioni di "pronto al funzio-
namento".
Dopo il raggiungimento dello
stato di "pronto al funziona-
mento" si effettuano le seguenti
erogazioni:
• 100% del circuito caffè at-
traverso l'erogatore
(per più erogatori si divida in
uguale misura);
• Apertura dell'uscita vapore
per 1 minuto;
• Svuotamento completo del-
la caldaia vapore. Ripetere
l'intera operazione almeno 3
volte.
Al termine dell'installazione sa-
rebbe buona regola stilare un
rapporto di quanto effettuato.

PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
At the end of installation, the
device is switched on and taken
to rated operating conditions,
leaving it in a state in which it is
"ready for operation".
After reaching the "ready for op-
eration" condition, the follow-
ing dispensing operations are
carried out:
• 100% of the coffee circuit
caffè through the coffee dispenser
(for more than one dispenser,
this is divided equally);
• Open the steam outlet for 1
minute;
• Complete emptying of the
steam boiler. Repeat this op-
eration at least 3 times.
At the end of installation, it is
good practice to draw up a re-
port of the operations.

serait préférable de rédiger un
rapport des opérations effec-
tuées.

le distributeur de café (pour
plusieurs distributeurs, divi-
ser en mesures égales);
Ouverture de la sortie vapeur
pendant 1 minute;
Vidange totale de la chau-
dière vapeur. Répéter toute
l'opération au moins 3 fois.
