Slip the top cap around the
forestay.
Positionner la plaque et insérer les piges. Les piges servent simplement à immobiliser le bouchon. Par conséquent,

Autour de l'étai, assembler un 1er
palier, puis un 2ème, la partie
«mâle» vers le haut.
Emboîter les paliers l'un dans l'autre,
et tourner le palier du dessous d'un
quart de tour.
Around the forestay, assemble a 1st
bearing, then a 2nd, the "male" part
pointing up. Fit the bearings together,
and give the bottom bearing a quar-
ter turn.

l'assemblage n'est pas possible, tourner les paliers d'un demi-tour
dans le bouchon.

Place the 2 pins into the holes in the top cap and the stainless steel
plate. Then, tap them into the section grooves with a mallet.
