7. INSERTING/REPLACING BATTERIES

Before changing the batteries, disconnect any test leads that might still be
connected to the device. Failure to do so poses the risk of electric shock.
Never open the product while it is opened. Risk of fatal injury!
1. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove both screws from the battery compartment cover and
remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert two AAA batteries into the battery compartment. Heed correct polarity as indicated in the
battery compartment.
3. Replace the battery compartment cover and fasten it using the two Phillips screws.
Replace the batteries as soon as the battery symbol on the right-hand side of the
LC display (10) appears.
