Introduction

Security locks of the OneSystem series

"Security lock" is probably the most appropriate name for the products described
here. The term "security" describes the protection against intrusion, thus
ensuring personal safety and protecting property.
OneSystem series security lock products provide such comprehensive protection
for you and your property (Fig. 1).
In addition to the variant described in this manual, the OneSystem lock range
comprises numerous other locks variants.
Special bolt construction
The special shape of the bolt (Fig. 2) provides intrusion protection and prevents
manipulation of the lock.
OneSystem series locks are robust, high-quality locks developed, designed and
manufactured for escape doors.

Panic lock

Panic locks are used in escape doors according to DIN EN 179 for emergency
exits Or DIN EN 1125 for panic exits. Even when locked, the escape door can
always be opened from inside with a door handle (DIN EN 179) or a panic bar
(DIN EN 1125).
Special features
· developed, manufactured and tested in accordance with DIN EN 1125 (not with
panic function P) DIN EN 179 and DIN EN 12209,
· with panic function,
· with backset from 30 mm to 45 mm (narrow stile),
· with backset from 55 mm to 100 mm (wide stile),
· offers high durability in loading capacity (1,000,000 test cycles with 50 N load
on latch),
· is suitable for a door mass of up to 300 kg,
· high corrosion resistance,
· high heat resistance and
· suitable for single and double-leaf doors, depending on the bolt construction
with or without unlocking pin (Fig. 2) – panic function P is only suitable for
single-leaf doors
Fire protection
The lock is suitable for installation in a fire doors, which are separately tested and
approved by door manufacturers.
