TODAS LAS PRECAUCIONES RAZONABLES, CRYOLIFE, INC. NO TIENE CONTROL SOBRE LAS CONDICIONES EN LAS QUE SE
UTILIZA ESTE PRODUCTO. CRYOLIFE, INC. RENUNCIA A TODAS LAS GARANTÍAS, TANTO EXPRESAS COMO IMPLÍCITAS, CON
RESPECTO AL PRODUCTO, INCLUIDAS, ENTRE OTRAS, CUALQUIER GARANTÍA DE COMERCIABILIDAD O ADECUACIÓN A UN FIN

CRYOLIFE, INC. A NINGUNA DECLARACIÓN, CONDICIÓN, GARANTÍA O RESPONSABILIDAD CON RESPECTO AL PRODUCTO.
LAS EXCLUSIONES Y LIMITACIONES ESTABLECIDAS ANTERIORMENTE NO ESTÁN CONCEBIDAS PARA CONTRAVENIR LAS
PROVISIONES OBLIGATORIAS DE LA LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE Y NO DEBERÁN INTERPRETARSE DE ESTE MODO. SI UN
TRIBUNAL CON LA JURISDICCIÓN COMPETENTE CONSIDERARA ILEGAL, INAPLICABLE O EN CONFLICTO CON LA LEGISLACIÓN

LEGÍTIMO DE CRYOLIFE, INC. EN CUANTO A LA LIMITACIÓN DE SU RESPONSABILIDAD O GARANTÍA.
En caso de que esta exención no fuera válida o aplicable por cualquier razón: (i) cualquier actuación por incumplimiento de garantía
debe iniciarse en el plazo de un año a partir de la aparición de dicha reclamación o causa de actuación, y (ii) la compensación por dicho
