14. Shutting down the unit
To disconnect the inverter, proceed as follows:
1. Switch to shutdown mode from the control application.
2. Remove AC voltage from a means of disconnection outside the unit.
3. Remove DC voltage from a means of disconnection outside the unit or using the unit switch, provided the
protection barriers protecting the DC supply are not going to be removed.
4. Where these protections are to be removed (for example, to handle the DC supply), remove the DC voltage
by disconnecting all of the quick connectors.
5. Wait 5 minutes, until the internal capacitors have discharged and the internal and external elements have
cooled. Also wait until the fans, if fitted, stop.
