If the inverter and the grid connection point are far enough apart to require the use of cables with a larger gage, an
external distribution box should be used close to the inverter to make this connection.
The AC connection must be made using single-pole wires. A total of five cables are used: three phases, neutral and
ground. The conductor material must be copper.
The dimensioning of the ground wiring will be the responsibility of the installer and must meet applicable
regulatory requirements in the installation.
9.3. AC connection process
1.
Crimp the terminals to the wiring and protect using heat-shrink tubing.
2.
Connect the three phases, neutral and ground to the terminals marked L1, L2, L3, N and PE, respecting
the polarities.
