Central Unit ZAF-2
(Execution 1,5-2; 2,0-2; 2,8-2)
- Screws M10 had been tightened with
new lock nuts and with a torque of 53 Nm
(fig. A1)
- Screw M8 had been locked with a
conical spring washer and tightened with
a lock nut with a torque of 40 Nm (fig. A2)
- Installation of the overrun device: New
lock nuts had been used and they had
been tightened with a torque of 92 Nm
(as shown in fig. A8)
Central unit ZAF 1,0-2
- Supplementary sheet for installation of
the central unit at a ZAF 1.0-2 considers
- Adapter plates had been fastened at the
overrun device (as shown in fig. A1).
Screws had been fastened with new lock
nuts and with a torque of 53 Nm
- Central unit had been installed at the
adapter plate with washers and new lock
nuts with a torque of 53 Nm (as shown in
fig. A1)
- Metal post of the central unit had been
screwed down to the adapter plate with
lock nut, conical spring washer and with a
torque of 40 Nm
- Installation of the overrun device: New
lock nuts had been used and they had
been tightened with a torque of 92 Nm
(as shown in fig. A8)

possible into the nut on both sides
- Nut had been tightened firmly on both
sides
- The traction rope is slightly tensioned,
but does not apply tension on the brake

is not in reverse gear position
- The four screws had been tightened
crosswise with new lock nuts and with a
torque of 53 Nm
LED (ZAF with Cover)
- The LED had been screwed down tightly
to the console
- The console with LED had been screwed
down tightly to the cover with two plastic
screws
LED (ZAF without Cover)
- The LED had been screwed down tightly
to the console
- The console with LED had been
fastened to the overrun device using the
right rear fastening screw. Screw had
been tightened with a new lock nut with a
torque of 92 Nm
