8. Getting started

8.1. Inserting/replacing the battery in the remote
control
The remote control contains a CR2025 3V lithium battery.
When you use the remote control for the first time, pull out the transpar-
ent strip marked "Remove before use" without opening the battery com-
partment.
Replace the battery if the device fails to react to commands from the remote control
properly. Then follow these steps:

Risk of explosion if battery is replaced incorrectly.
 Replace batteries only with the same or equivalent
type.
 Press the catch (1) and remove the battery holder complete with battery (2) from
the remote control. Dispose of the old battery in accordance with legal regula-
tions.
 Place a new CR2025-type 3 V battery in the holder. Check the battery polarity is
correct.
 Push the battery holder complete with battery back into the remote control as
far as it will go.
