- To charge the battery, use only the charger supplied with the machine.

- When you have finished mowing, you should ideally break the circuit between battery and starter motor by unplugging.

However, this must be done before putting your mower into storage for a longer period e. g. winter storage. The battery must always be fully charged

before storage.

- Do not short-circuit (contact between the two poles) the accumulator since this can seriously damage its isolation and the internal parts. It can

also cause over-heating which, in turn, can cause fire or serious burns.

5. Lubrification and greasing

Engine lubrification schould be done following the instructions in the engine manual.

Every 20 hours of work, check to make sure that the wires run smoothly. Check them for wear or kinking that could prevent smooth running inside

the sheaths.

GRASS BOX ATTACHING AND EMPTYING - MOD. 67 - (Fig. 10)

The attach the grass catcher (1) to the machine, lift up the deflector (2) and place the catcher against the rear edge of the frame.

Follow these steps to empty the grass box:

a) switch the engine off

b) raise the catcher holding it by its handle (3) and shake it to empty it completely.

Never remove the grass box when the engine is running.

Do not insert your hand into the discharge opening when the engine is running.

All adjustment, maintenance or repair work must be done with the engine switched off and the spark plug wire detached.
