c) Vehicle
• For the vehicle, use only the supplied Li-ion drive battery (rated voltage 7.4 V) or an identical replace-
ment drive battery. The vehicle may also be operated with a 6-cell NiMH drive battery with a nominal
voltage of 7.2 V.
Never insert other rechargeable batteries or even disposable batteries into the vehicle; do not operate
the vehicle via a power adaptor.
• If the device is not used for an extended period of time (e.g. in the event of storage), remove the drive
battery from the vehicle to prevent it from leaking and causing damage. Completely disconnect the drive
battery and speed controller/vehicle.
• Only charge the supplied drive battery with the supplied battery charger. Never use a different battery
charger as this can result in a fire or explosion of the drive batteries.
