Master key system

The option of storing up to 4 different codes in the 421-30-10 door code device
means that a system similar to a locking system with up to four hierarchy levels
can be set up in buildings in which a larger number of these devices are used.
In the following example, nine doors are to be managed in an organisational
structure that includes two division managers, four department heads and eight
employees in addition to the managing director. Each participant only needs
to remember one code.
Fig. 5 shows this organisational structure.
Such a system has the advantage over a "real" locking system that, for example,
no cylinders need to be replaced when an employee leaves the company
(corresponds to losing a key). All you have to do is change the code. In this
example, none of the other employees would be affected by this code change.
In the example, codes A, B, E and K are programmed at door 4, only codes A
is programmed at door 5 and codes A, C, G and O at door 9.
